I'm a firefighter, a first responder, and a dad.
Somewhere along the way I became the guy people ask about peptides, recovery, and performance, first at the firehouse, then everywhere else.
I'm not a doctor. I've spent years genuinely obsessed with this stuff: reading the research, testing what actually works, and figuring out how to apply it to a life that doesn't leave much room for anything complicated. Shift work wrecks your sleep. The job wrecks your joints. And most of what's out there on peptides is either fear-mongering or a sales pitch dressed up as advice.
This site is neither. Every article here is the real answer to a question I get asked constantly: what's actually backed by research, what isn't, and what I'd tell you if you asked me in person at the station. No filler, no hype, and I'll tell you straight when the evidence is thin instead of pretending it isn't.
The products and the articles live in the same place on purpose. Read the research, then decide for yourself whether the First Alarm Health products are right for you.
How I Make This
Every article on this site starts with a real question I've actually been asked, at the station or somewhere else. I dig into the actual research and check every source myself before anything goes up. The opinions, the "here's what I'd actually tell you," the calls on what's worth trusting, that's mine, built from real experience. If a claim ever looks off, get in touch. I'll find the source or tell you straight if I got it wrong.
For research use only. Nothing here is medical advice.
